Methods
- 1 cut all vegetables in to medium dices, cut beans in to 1 inch long pieces.
- 2 fry vadi in hot oil.
- 3 Heat oil in a kadhai, add bay leaf, mustard seeds, caraway seeds, whole red chilies, punch foran and let it crackle.
- 4 Add ginger paste cook for another 2 minutes.
- 5 Add all vegetables and continue cooking.
- 6 Dissolve maida in milk to form a slurry, add it into the vegetables.
- 7 Adjust seasoning and continue cooking till the vegetables are tender.
- 8 Serve hot
