Method
- 1 In a kadhai boil milk, reduce milk to half the volume
- 2 Blend in jiggery in warm milk.
- 3 When the milk come to room temperature blend in the curd as culture.
- 4 Pour the milk in kulhad and leave in a warm place for overnight.
- 5 Serve chilled.
