1 Potatoes 250 gms
2 onions 50 gms
3 green chilies 2-3 no
4 salt to taste
5 mustard oil 30 ml
6 coriander leaves
for garnish
Methods
1) Boil, peel and mash potatoes
2) Finely chop onions and green chilies
3) Heat oil in kadhai, fry onions, add green chilies.
4) Add mashed potatoes, add salt. Cook for 5 minutes
5) Serve garnished with coriander leaves
