Sno Ingredients Quantity
1 whole wheat flour 200gms
2 finely chopped methi 50gms
3 refined oil 30ml
4 ginger garlic paste 10 gms
5 finely chopped green
chillies 3 nos
6 coriander powder 5 gms
7 sugar 5 gms
8 curd to knead
Methods
1 mix all ingredients
together and knead well.
2 let the dough rest
for atleast 30 minutes
3 roll thin pancakes
and cook over tawa using small amount of oil.
