Recipe Mishti Doi


Sno            Ingredients                 Quantity



1                    Milk                             1 lt
2                    Jaggery                       200 gms
3                    Curd                            1 tbsp
4                    Kulhad                        4



Method

  1. 1        In a kadhai boil milk, reduce milk to half the volume
  2. 2        Blend in jiggery in warm milk.
  3. 3        When the milk come to room temperature blend in the curd as culture.
  4. 4        Pour the milk in kulhad and leave in a warm place for overnight.
  5. 5        Serve chilled.
