Olive Oil 30
ml ( 2 Table spoon)

Onions Chopped 100 grams ( 3 to 4 depending on
size)

Garlic Chopped 10 to 15 grams ( 2 to 4
depending on size and preference of garlic flavor)
4.
Red Bell Pepper
Chopped 150 grams (1 number)
5.
Green Bell Pepper
Chopped 150 grams (1 number)
6.
Mince Meat 500 grams
7.
Stock 300ml
8.
Tomatoes chopped 200 grams
9.
Tomato Puree 50 grams
10.
Red Kidney Beans 250 grams ( Cooked )
11.
Red Chili Powder ½ Tea Spoon
12.
Cumin Powder ½ Tea Spoon
13.
Paprika Powder ½ Tea Spoon
14.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Methods
1.
In a thick bottom pot heat olive oil.
2.
Add chopped onions and chopped garlic, cook on a
moderate flame till tender (3-4 minutes).
3.
Add chopped red and green bell peppers, cook for
another five minutes.
4.
Blend in the mincemeat and continue cooking till
the meat is browned. ( 15 minutes).
5.
Add stock, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and
continue cooking. ( 10 Minutes)
6.
Add red kidney beans, red chili powder, cumin
powder, paprika powder, pepper powder and salt.
7.
Cover the pot and simmer for another half an
hour, cook till the sauce is thick. Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
