Ingredients Quantity

Spinach 500
gms

Garlic 5-6 cloves

Ricotta cheese 300 gms
4.
Parmesan cheese 100 gms

Mozzarella cheese 100 gms

Pomodoro sauce 200 ml
7.
White sauce 200 ml
8.
Fresh Basil 50 gms
9.
Oregano 1 tbsp
10.
Salt and pepper to taste

Cannelloni 10 nos

Olive oil 60 ml
Methods
1.
Wash spinach and roughly chop it.
2.
Heat oil,
sweat minced garlic, add spinach and cook it till it wilts, remove excess water
and put it aside.
3.
In a bowl add grated ricotta cheese, cooked
spinach, parmesan cheese. Add shredded basil and season it well.
4.
Soften the cannelloni by immersing it in hot
water, remove and fill the spinach and cheese mixture in cannelloni with the
help of piping bag.
5.
Layer a baking tray with white and Pomodoro sauce.
Arrange cannelloni on tray and cover it with
small amount Pomodoro and white sauce, cover it with grated mozzarella cheese,
sprinkle olive oil, oregano. Bake it for 15-20 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
