- Chicken Breasts Boneless 4
- All-purpose flour 100 grams
- Eggs 2 number
- Milk 100 ml
- Grated Parmesan Cheese 50 grams
- Bread Crumbs 100 grams
- Olive oil to fry
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Methods
- Clean and flatten the chicken breasts with help of mallet (wooden hammer to flatten meat).
- Season the all-purpose flour with salt and pepper.
- Lightly beaten eggs and blend in milk.
- Mix grated cheese with bread crumbs.
- Coat the flattened chicken breasts with refined flour, dip in egg mixture and then in cover it with bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry the chicken in hot olive oil, serve hot with arugula salad.
