Methods
1.
Prepare
fish fillets.
2.
Coat
the fish fillets with seasoned flour.

Shallow
fry fish in mixture of oil and butter on a medium heat till golden brown.

Serve
with parsley butter (finely chop parsley and blend in the butter) and lemon
wedges.
