Olive Oil 2 tbsp

Minced meat 400 gms

Mince
Garlic 4 cloves

Chopped Onions 75 gms

Grated Carrots 100 gms

Chopped Celery 1 branch

Tomatoes 100 gms

Tomato Puree 100 gms

Red wine 100 ml

Brown Stock 400 ml

Milk 100 ml (

Oregano

Methods
1.
Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onions,
grated carrots, chopped celery and minced garlic.
2.
Sweat the vegetables, add minced meat and cook
for five minutes.
3.
Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, red wine,
stock and simmer for half an hour.
4.
Add oregano and milk.
5.
Adjust seasoning, use as desired (sauce can be
served along with different types of pastas like spaghetti, macaroni or penne
etc.
