Methods
1)
Cut
all the vegetables in small slender pieces, around 1.5 inch long and ½ inch
thick.
2)
Boil
vegetables along with turmeric powder, salt and limited water.
3)
Ground
coconut, green chilies and cumin seeds together.
4)
Add
grounded coconut in the vegetables, cook for around 1o minutes.
5)
Blend
in the curd, cook for 4-5 minutes, adjust seasoning.
6)
Sprinkle
coconut and temper with curry leaves
