Recipe Poisson Meuniere

Sno                 Ingredients                            Quantity

1.    Fish Fillet                                          800 grams
2.    Lime                                                  4 numbers
3.    Butter & Oil                                        to fry                                      
4.    Refined Flour                                    100 grams
5.    Parsley                                              1 bunch
6.    Salt and Pepper                                 to taste

Methods

1.    Prepare fish fillets.
2.    Coat the fish fillets with seasoned flour.
3.    Shallow fry fish in mixture of oil and butter on a medium heat till golden brown.
4.    Serve with parsley butter (finely chop parsley and blend in the butter) and lemon wedges.
