DIPPING SAUCE FOR MOMOS

  • OIL 15 ML
  • GINGER 5 GMS
  • ONIONS
  • SOYA SAUCE 30ML
  • CHILLI OIL 30ML
  • VINEGAR 30ML
METHOD

  • Finely chop ginger and onion.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger and onion for a minute, turn off the flame
  • Add rest of the ingredient and mix well.

( in case you don't have chilli oil mix 25 ml of oil with 5 gms chilli flakes)
